How it Works

  1. You launch the application from this website from a computer with access to your Excel spreadsheet or database.
  2. You fill in your Excel or database column mappings or connection information for your ConnectWise, Kaseya or LabTech database.
  3. The application retrieves all the serial numbers for your workstations and servers.
  4. Each serial number is sent to LookupWarranty.com for analysis.
  5. LookupWarranty.com returns the warranty data for workstations and servers to the application.
  6. The application writes the most up-to-date warranty information to your Excel spreadsheet or database.
  7. You can now automate your lookups using the new Schedule feature to run the application using Windows Scheduled Tasks.
